Plan your next run
Why a checklist helps in an extraction game
Mistfall Hunter punishes small mistakes. Dropping in with broken gear, no healing, or no idea where to leave can turn a good run into a total loss. Most early deaths are not about aim or reflexes; they are about preparation. This planner turns the common beginner advice into a short checklist that changes with your playstyle and your goal for the run.
The checklist is deliberately short. Long lists get skipped, so each item is something that genuinely changes your odds of getting out alive with your loot.
Choose how you play, what you want from the run, and whether you are going solo or with a team, then tick items off as you prepare. Your ticks are saved in this browser, so you can keep the tab open between runs.
Picking a playstyle
If you have not settled on a class yet, the overview of all Mistfall Hunter classes compares their strengths, weaknesses and difficulty. New players usually do best with a sturdy front-line build or a simple ranged setup, because both forgive positioning errors. Once you know the basics, the Mistfall Hunter tier list shows which builds are strongest in the current patch.
Your first runs
For the first few runs, set the goal to "learn the map and extract safely". Treat each run as scouting: find extraction points, learn where enemies gather, and leave early. The map and extraction guide marks routes and exits so you are never caught in the closing mist. The full Mistfall Hunter beginner guide covers controls, the stash, selling and progression in more depth.
When you feel ready to fight a boss, read the mechanics before you go. The Mistfall Hunter boss guide lists attacks, weak points and recommended gear for each one. For news, builds and everything else, the Mistfall Hunter guide and wiki is the best place to start.
